Shipping and returns
ORDER MODIFICATION
Once the order has been confirmed, it is possible that certain modifications can no longer be made. However, please contact us by writing an email to info@molinsdesign.com so that we can help you find a solution.
RETURNS
Our return policy is 14 days. After 14 days from the delivery of the order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items subject to any promotion, offer or discount cannot be returned.
To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund for the amount of the returned item will be processed back to your original payment method within the next few days.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 days of return approval, please email us at info@molinsdesign.com .
ITEMS ON SALE
Only items purchased at the standard price may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
CHANGES
Items may only be replaced or exchanged if they have been received defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@molinsdesign.com .
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver chose to have the order shipped to themselves and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on the delivery location, the time to receive the exchange or return of a product may vary.
For items over 100€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
